12.1.3 In the event that a teacher has two (2) days of teacher leave available in a given school year, the second (2nd) day may not be taken in conjunction with other leave arrangements, including teacher leave. 14.12 Teachers who are on leave for a period of six (6) months or more shall notify the school department of their intention to return to active employment at least four (4) months before the end of the leave. 3.5.1 For each teacher in an evening class or summer school/summer school program as of September 1, 2016, the amount of $66.88 per lesson. The decision to divide the existing Health Expenditure Accounts (HSAs) into combined HSA/WSA accounts is subject to local negotiations.

The school department shall pay each vice-principal an allowance equal to half (1/2) payable in accordance with clause 4.2.3 to the head of the school to which the vice-principal is assigned. 15.7 If the alleged infringement is initiated as a local complaint and then defined as a central complaint, the local complaint will be transferred to the central complaint procedure in an equivalent procedural step. Notwithstanding the time limits for the further development of the complaint through the central appeal process from that date, the parties agree, at the request of one of the parties, to freeze the thirty (30) day time limits so that the parties can consider the matter. The thirty (30) day lock-up period may be terminated by mutual agreement. 1.4.1 has the exclusive power to bargain collectively with the Teachers` Employers` Bargaining Association (TEBA) on behalf of all teachers in collective bargaining units and to bind teachers in a collective agreement with regard to the core conditions; and 3. The pilot project may be terminated prematurely by mutual agreement between the school department and the corresponding association bargaining unit. TEBA and the association agree on a pilot project to be carried out during the 2019-2020 school year in school departments that voluntarily participate with their affiliated association bargaining units. 8.1.1 As of September 1, 2005, a full-time equivalent teacher who does not receive an allowance will not be assigned tasks exceeding thirty (30) hours per week, calculated on average over the school year. A maximum of one thousand four hundred and thirty (1,430) minutes (23.83 hours) per week, on average over the school year, is devoted to teaching pupils. The remainder of the allocated hours are devoted to professional tasks, including but not limited to student supervision, preparation, staff meetings, consultations, parent-teacher conferences, and administrative tasks. This letter of intent expires on June 30, 2018 or by mutual agreement between the two parties.

For each assistant director of the summer school program or classes, the sum of $74.49 per hour as of September 1, 2016. . .
